This policy explains how Frontier Interiors Pty Ltd ("Frontier Interiors", "we", "us") handles personal information collected through this website, our national rollouts enquiry form and our online design brief at start.frontierinteriors.com.au. We aim to handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect
- Contact details: your name, company or business name, email address and phone number.
- Project details: your site address, the size and type of your space, the rooms you need, your budget range, the look you like and anything else you tell us about your project.
- Files you upload to the design brief, such as site photos, floor plans and inspiration images.
- Basic technical information that any website receives, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit. We use it to keep the site running and secure, and to understand how the site is used overall.
You don't have to give us your details, but we can't respond to an enquiry or prepare a design without them.
Why we collect it
- To reply to your enquiry and talk with you about your project or rollout.
- To prepare a brief, design concepts and pricing for your space.
- To deliver the project with Frontier Fitouts if you go ahead with design and construct.
- To keep business records and meet our legal obligations.
We won't sell your personal information, and we won't add you to a marketing list unless you ask us to.
Who we share it with
- Frontier Fitouts, our construction business, which prices and builds projects designed by Frontier Interiors.
- Service providers who help us run this website and our systems, only so they can provide that service:
- Vercel, which hosts this website and the design brief, and measures visits and page speed without using cookies;
- Supabase, which stores enquiries and uploaded files;
- Resend, which sends enquiry notification emails to our team;
- OpenAI, which may analyse inspiration images you upload to the design brief to help us prepare early design ideas.
- Anyone we're required or authorised to share it with by law.
Some of these providers store or process information outside Australia, including in the United States and Singapore. We use reputable providers and only share what they need to provide their service.
How we store and protect it
Enquiries and uploaded files are stored in secure, access-controlled cloud systems. Only our team can view them. We keep your information for as long as we need it for your enquiry or project and our business records, and then delete or de-identify it.
Accessing or correcting your information
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it. Contact us using the details below and we'll respond within a reasonable time, usually 30 days.
Making a complaint
If you're concerned about how we've handled your personal information, please contact us first so we can try to fix it. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au or on 1300 363 992.
